Rug Starz is proud to offer free shipping on every order regardless of the size or quantity!  

**Discount codes and offers cannot be combined 

Returns & Exchanges:

-All discounted merchandise is considered final sale.

Full price merchandise have 15 days from the time of delivery to notify of any intent to return merchandise. Orders under $100.00 we will deduct $15.00 to cover the cost of return label. For larger sizes returns we will deduct between $30.00-$40.00 dollars depending on the size and quantity of the order.
Please contact customer service to arrange a return. 

We will provide a free one time exchange.
